Has your computer ever got a virus where the hard drive with all your files gets corrupted? Frustrating right…
Well, have you ever thought about how your mind gets corrupted with infected files as well?
Either way, this is something we should talk about if you want to break through the glass ceiling holding you back from what you truly desire.
Because just like computers must get software upgrades to stay current and compatible with its network, our minds need updating as well to stay compatible with the next level of success we are working towards.
So what corrupt files am I talking about?
I am talking about all of the fears and the false beliefs about what it takes to achieve success that are keeping you from operating at your best. And if you don’t uninstall these things then they will weaken and destroy everything you are trying to do…
Because here is what most people don’t understand: Only 50% of learning is learning. The other 50% of learning is unlearning. This concept is...
Is there something you want to do, or an opportunity you want to take advantage of? Of course, I already knew the answer…
How long have you been wanting to do that thing or take advantage of that opportunity?
1 week, 1 month, 1 year, your whole life…
How much longer are you prepared to wait for it?
I don’t know everything, but I do know this…If you keep waiting until you are ready, you’ll be waiting for the rest of your life. There is never the perfect time, the perfect moment and the planets will never be perfectly aligned…
At some point you have to stop making excuses about why you CAN’T do it and start formulating a plan of how you CAN do it!
To help you do that let’s look at three words I know you are familiar with:
Now look at the same three words in a different sequence that has the potential to produce radically different results:
This sequence may sound backward, but it is the sequence where your NEXT LEVEL life is found. It is the ...
Success is often seen as something huge – a massive achievement that comes all at once. But if you ask any high performer how they reached the top, you’ll hear a very different story. It’s not one monumental leap, but a series of small, consistent steps that make the difference. Success is built one habit, one choice, and one day at a time.
It’s like the old saying, “How do you eat an elephant?” The answer: Not all at once, but one bite at a time. In the world of high performance, that’s exactly how you reach greatness – by breaking it down into small, manageable actions that over time lead to massive results.
Below are a few ways to eat an elephant that can dramatically impact your success and trajectory…
Â
The Power of Consistency
Consistency is the foundation of high performance. It’s not the occasional moments of brilliance that create lasting success, but the regular, daily actions that add up over time. In high performance, those “bites” are your habits which become the buil...
Success in life isn’t just about talent, luck, or hard work—it’s largely about attitude. It’s about how you respond to challenges, handle pressure, and choose to view the world around you. Your attitude is like a compass. It sets the direction for your journey, and ultimately, it determines your altitude and how high you can soar at whatever you want in life.
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “Your attitude determines your altitude” but what does that really mean, and why is it so powerful? Here are a couple of ideas:
Â
The Power of a Positive Attitude
Your attitude shapes your reality. When you approach life with a positive mindset, you open doors to opportunities and possibilities that others might overlook. You become a magnet for success, not because things suddenly get easier, but because your perspective empowers you to navigate difficulties with resilience.
Think about a time when you faced a setback. How did you respond? A negative attitude might have led to frustration or...
As high performers, we all have a burning desire to reach our fullest potential. We have dreams, goals, and ambitions that drive us to pursue excellence every day. But often, it’s not the lack of talent, resources or opportunities that hold us back. It is something much simpler that often gets in the way: The start.Â
Let’s imagine this for a second: You have an extraordinary vision for your future, one that could change everything in your life. You get excited, your mind races with possibilities, and then…nothing. The vision doesn’t disappear, it lingers in the back of your mind, unacted upon, building frustration because what you want is not manifesting itself into reality. Why is that?
Because it is the start that stops you...
You see, starting is the hardest part of any journey. The initial push, the first step, the leap of faith…these are the moments that require the most courage. But here is the secret, once you break through the initial barrier, momentum takes over and you wil...
This is a personal post but one I felt compelled to write. Whether we know it or not we all have a relationship with success, what it means to us and what we are willing to do to achieve it. Over my 20+ years in the world of high performance I have learnt a lot about my personal relationship with success.Â
With that said, I love music and was recently listening to a song that captured the battle I believe we all face as high achievers in our relationship with success. So here are the lyrics to that song (I changed one word) titled "Better off without you". All credit to the artist Becky Hill.Â
Â
I feel like these lyrics are the high achievers version of "A Love Letter To Success"...
Â
I thought my world was crumbling, when I woke up and you weren’t in my grasp. And I was left here wondering how, you could walk away and never turn back.
Tried to right all your wrongs, I never thought that I’d be lost. But I found the truth, I was searching for me in you.
Now I’m better off withou...
One of my goals starting back on January 1st of 2023 was to do at least 100 push-ups every day for an entire year straight. No make ups, no re do’s, no “I will do 200 tomorrow instead”, no excuses. At least 100 push-ups every single day for a year straight…
Fast forward to today and I haven’t stopped! As of this writing I am about to reach 500 consecutive days without missing one day. In terms of push-ups, I estimate in that time I have done around 75,000 push-ups!
So why am I am sharing this? It is definitely not to brag, because that is not who I am (although I am proud of myself). I am sharing it because along the way I have learned some valuable lessons that I believe could help you in life and whatever you endeavor to do with it. Here are the big lessons from this journey so far:
Not every day is a great day (and that’s ok)
I always preach about not settling for GOOD when GREAT is possible in life. But the reality is not every day is going to be a great day. There are days ...
What is something you want in your life right now?
How long are you willing to wait to get it?
The truth is, many people are not willing to wait for the length of time it is actually going to take to get the very thing they desire. Therefore, many goals and dreams are never met, many talents are never used, and many purposes are never fulfilled...
So, what is the solution?
EXTEND YOUR TIME HORIZON
If you can extend the time horizon that you measure yourself on, then you will be able to do, achieve and accomplish so much more. This is because what you are capable of is EXTRAORDINARY, but the timeline required for you to reach it, may not be the timeline you expect. When your expectation does not match your reality, what do you do? What you need to do is EXTEND YOUR TIME HORIZON...
What will be the reward for extending your time horizon? Everything you want and the extraordinary life you desire!

I BELIEVE IN YOU!
Choose to make today a GREAT day and always choose to L...
I have message for all my fellow high-achievers, top performers, coaches and leaders out there who live in a results based world. And it is this…
Be careful of the scorecard you create to measure your success.
What do I mean?
Â
Well, when you live in a results based world, EVERYTHING has a value attached to it…
Â
When you partner that with the insanely high expectations we put on ourselves as high achievers, it can become overwhelming. If you are honest with yourself, you know exactly what I mean…
In this mental space, loosing and the prospect of failure can become crippling. It becomes so consuming that when you win, even that doesn’t provide any relief as you look ahead toward the next challenge you must overcome. I know, because I have felt this before. In ...
