You see, up to that point I had spent my entire life obsessing over what it is that the very best do differently than everyone else. My 20+ year career inside the world of high performance was dedicated to mastering the skillsets and strategies needed to generate extraordinary results for myself, my teams and the people I worked with. I was always pushing the bar higher and higher, working harder and harder, thinking that when I have enough success or recognition then I will finally be happy.
…On that day in 2024 when I should have been celebrating, I instead was asking myself: Why am I feeling this way?
Something was missing...
What I realized that day is you can have everything you have ever wanted but still feel empty inside. In that moment I achieved what I wanted, but what was missing was I was not fulfilled.
I had a moment of insight, which is a moment in life when EVERYTHING changes. My insight was that as high-achievers, if we succeed without experiencing fulfillment then that is the ultimate failure.
That was the day I decided to design a community of extraordinary people committed to experiencing life at a level very few ever attain.
